The program fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and prepares students for management-track positions in diverse industries.
  • All students gain competencies in: Accounting and financial management Administration Engineering design Product management Strategy and IP management
  • Fall (September): July 1 (domestic), earlier for international applicants. Winter (January): November 1. Spring (May): March 1.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field. Minimum 2 years of work experience in an engineering-related field. Two reference letters. CV/Resume. Statement of Purpose. For international applicants: Minimum TOEFL iBT 100, IELTS 7.0, or Pearson PTE 68. Online MEM applicants must submit a supplemental form.
  • The MEM is offered in two formats: On-campus (in-person): 16 months, full-time, open to both domestic and international students. Classes are usually scheduled during the day and may vary by semester. This format is eligible for Canada’s Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). Online (hybrid): 24 months, part-time, designed for working professionals. Classes are held every second weekend (Friday evenings and Saturdays). This mode is not open to international students requiring a study permit.
  • On-campus MEM: Yes, open to international students and eligible for PGWP. Online MEM: Not suitable for international students requiring a study permit, due to mandatory on-campus residency sessions.
