Masters in llm International Arbitration

The Master of Laws (LLM) in International Arbitration at The University of Law is a postgraduate degree designed for both law and non-law graduates seeking to enhance their academic legal knowledge. The program provides substantive knowledge to enhance practice in international arbitration, delving into international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration. Students will compare English law of arbitration with the UNCITRAL Model Law and examine the ICSID Convention, ICSID Arbitration Rules, and UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration. A compulsory two-week induction on the Key Principles of the English Legal System is required for most students, unless they have a relevant legal background.
