Fees and Funding

No tuition fees are charged. A mandatory semester fee of €434.91 per semester (€869.82 annually) is required, covering contributions to Studentenwerk, public transport, student body, and administrative costs. Long-term tuition fees of €500 per semester apply if the standard period of study plus six tolerance semesters is exceeded. Students aged 60 and above are charged an additional tuition fee of €800 per semester. Estimated living expenses range from €965 to €1106 per month. Health insurance fee is an estimate for international students in Germany.
