Fees and Funding
No tuition fees and no application fee. ISTA provides full funding to PhD students: annual gross salary (2025) EUR 2,993–3,601 per month, paid 14 times per year. All students are offered 5-year employment contracts; can finish earlier or request extension. ISTA cannot provide funding for visa and relocation expenses.
