Application fee is waived for Foreign National candidates. PhD financial support/stipend: Rs. 37,000/- for the first two years and Rs. 42,000/- thereafter for another three years. International students may receive partial tuition waivers (examples in source: USD 2000 and USD 1000 reported for certain country categories, period unspecified). Scholarships: Study in India applicants may be selected for a scholarship up to USD 3200; ASEAN DIA doctoral fellowships also available for eligible candidates.
