Application fee: USD 100 per program (USD 80 if submitted before the early deadline). Tuition: USD 28,710 per semester and fees USD 503 per semester for 2025-2026; an approximate total tuition for a 5-year program is USD 287,100. The School of Computer Science offers full financial support to all Ph.D. students in good academic standing; funded students do not pay tuition out-of-pocket.
