Ms in Organizational Psychology

The Master of Science (MS) in Leadership and Organisational Psychology program at BI Norwegian Business School provides advanced knowledge in theories and research within organizational psychology and leadership. It equips students with the skills to navigate societal complexities and support organizations in addressing challenges related to their most valuable resource – their people. The curriculum offers a comprehensive exploration of psychological principles underpinning effective leadership and organizational dynamics, teaching students how individual, group, and organizational factors influence performance, well-being, and decision-making.
